There’s a big fat policeman at the door, door, door. He’ll grab you by the collar. Make you pay a dollar. I don’t want to go to Mexico no more, more more.”

Well such is life this millennium with something else to greet you at the door, door, door—when you cross the North Carolina/South Carolina border: a great big sign displaying the state’s support of HB2 (House Bill 2) signed and made law on March 23 (2016)
